Mapping the Holocaust in the Independent State of Croatia

A digital tool to gain insight into the Holocaust under the fascist Independent State of Croatia. It also covers the history of Jewish communities and postwar commemorative sites in contemporary Croatia. The platform enables users to navigate through various sites, maps, and galleries to find information, including primary sources such as survivor testimonies, perpetrator documents, and accounts by Gentile bystanders, rescuers, and accomplices. It is an ongoing project; new locations, documents, and other materials are continuously added to the platform.
