Szczurowa – memorial to the Roma genocide. A mass grave of 93 local Roma men, women, and children, settled in the Szczurowa village area for generations, who were murdered by the Germans on July 3, 1943. Thanks to the help of the villagers, one girl from the entire Roma community survived: Krystyna Ciuroń (1938–2021), whom her mother pushed off the wagon as it was being driven to the execution site.
